Definition of “spirituality” from ‘The Gifts of Imperfection’
After a 4-year battle with cancer, Anita Moorjani, on February 2nd 2006, died. All her organs shut down and she went through what we now call a near-death-experience. In the time she passed over she learned a lot, including how and why she got cancer. It seems it was triggered by an experience that shamed her to the core, from which she wasn’t able to recover. In the end the unconscious feelings of unworthiness grew to a point that in the end, she finally got cancer.
